Before development begins, we need your design and assets to be final and approved. Submitting everything through this form keeps the handover clean and ensures nothing gets missed. If anything below is unclear, get in touch and we will walk you through it.

If your design has been exported rather than shared as a live Figma or XD file, please add the exported files to the 06 - Design Exports folder in your shared drive. You can also use WeTransfer to send large files directly to [email protected].

What pages are included in the design?

Responsive breakpoints included?

As a minimum, we require the homepage designed for all three breakpoints so we can align on how everything stacks on smaller screens. Desktop designs are required for all pages.

If your budget does not allow for responsive designs across all pages, please provide responsive designs for the homepage at a minimum. For all other pages, the client must accept our discretion on how the layout adapts to smaller screens.

Hover states, animations, or transitions

Describe any interactive behaviour here, or add comments directly in your Figma or XD file.

Content

Finalised copy, testimonials, and anything else that goes on the site.

Finalised text and images should be included in the design file or added to the 05 - Content folder in your shared drive. Placeholder content like stock images or "lorem ipsum" may delay the project timeline.
