Crawford Medical has cared for families across Howick and East Auckland since 1979, and today sits at the centre of Crawford Corner alongside specialists, wellness, senior care and hearing and skin clinics. Each part of the group needed its own website, without the cost and upkeep of running them all separately.
One platform, several clinics. Every site needed its own identity and content while sharing a consistent look, and the whole network had to be easy for the practice team to keep up to date, from fees to newsletters.
Seven websites, one platform.
Working from Form & Function’s design, we built the group as a WordPress multisite network in Elementor, so every clinic shares the same foundations while keeping its own pages, services and branding. The medical centre’s site also runs in more than one language, including Afrikaans for Howick’s South African community.

Patients can find a service, book online and enrol in a few clicks, and the team updates fee tables, newsletters and service pages across the network with our help. We host and look after all seven sites, so a change in one place can be rolled out across the group.
